New report from Australia:

The Centre for Accident Research & Road Safety in Queensland has carried out a comprehensive research project on Bicycle Helmets. The report 'Bicycle Helmet Research - Monograph 5' can be found via their website: http://www.carrsq.qut.edu.au/   The report looks very clearly at the protective benefits offered by bicycle helmets in reducing the level of head injury that relates to the Australian perspective for helmet use.

Helmet Watch 2011-12

Helmet Watch will be launching again in July 2011 and will this year run through until March 2012.
Packs will be available to registered participants. If you are a local council road safety officer or from the community police forces and wish to participate, please contact the charity.

School Packs - Teacher update:

The HeadFirst and HeadStart packs are now being used in thousands of primary schools with very positive responses from teachers and pupils. The free egg helmet demonstration kit that is available for use with the packs can still be obtained by completing the reply card that came with the packs and posted back to the charity.
